• MAIN INGREDIENTS: 1. Cabbage – 500 gm 2. Salt – As per taste 3. Chaat Masala – Just to sprinkle 4. Magic-e-masala (Maggi) – 1 sachet 5. Coriander – For garnishing
First soak all the vegetables with their intact skin in Luke-Warm water with added turmeric and salt for 15-20 mins. After 15-20 mins wash them with clean water.
Now chop Cabbage into thin strips Or chop it finely.
Steam this chopped cabbage.
Heat a pan on hotplate/gas/stove as per choice and availability.
Add steamed cabbage into this pan and sauté it for approx. 2 min.
Now add salt, Magic-e-masala to this cabbage and sauté everything again.
Now sprinkle little chaat masala over this cabbage and garnish it with Coriander.
