MAST KOBI

 

MAST KOBI (YUMMY CABBAGE)

 

INGREDIENTS:

MAIN INGREDIENTS:
1. Cabbage – 500 gm
2. Salt – As per taste
3. Chaat Masala – Just to sprinkle
4. Magic-e-masala (Maggi) – 1 sachet
5. Coriander – For garnishing

 

METHOD:

  1. First soak all the vegetables with their intact skin in Luke-Warm water with added turmeric and salt for 15-20 mins. After 15-20 mins wash them with clean water.
  2. Now chop Cabbage into thin strips Or chop it finely.
  3. Steam this chopped cabbage.
  4. Heat a pan on hotplate/gas/stove as per choice and availability.
  5. Add steamed cabbage into this pan and sauté it for approx. 2 min.
  6. Now add salt, Magic-e-masala to this cabbage and sauté everything again.
  7. Now sprinkle little chaat masala over this cabbage and garnish it with Coriander.
  8. Serve this hot& Enjoy your low-calorie yummy cabbage veggie (Mast Kobi) With Chapati, Bhakri or Rice.
